There are many more techniques and exercises available to promote deep breathing and relaxation for you to achieve natural sleep.

Try this breathing technique for the first time you sleep

  1. Take a deep breath.
  2. Breathe through the nose and visualize the air up into the stomach.
  3. As breathing silence of the set of four.
  4. Purse your lips as you breathe out slowly.
  5. Count silently to eight.
  6. Repeat six to ten times.

Try the following relaxation exercise before bedtime:

1. Lay back on the floor, legs slightly apart, until the hands on the sides and palms.

5. Tense and let each muscle group, for example, shoulders and neck.
