Depression is an illness, and recognized as such.

If you still feel very low, well-meaning friends may tell you to change their position or even start to annoy those of your mood. If you have a cold for six months would ignore you and hope that this will happen? You dose is with everything and maybe you could find a doctor to see if there is a major reason why it takes so long.

Everyone is sad at some point in their lives, but depression is more than that. You begin for you to avoid. You need to resolve outside help to perform the same way, you will find, if you had a cold for a long time.

Advice from the Counselor should not be discarded, because you do not feel comfortable with your first choice of doctor. In daily life that you might get some people and dealing with others, of course. We cannot afford to have a personality conflict with your advisor.

In some cases, the recognition of depression is difficult because you have lived along until you do not know whether a depression. Maybe you feel anxious, have difficulty sleeping or sleeping too well. Even if only one member or friend to start a family, they may be able to advise and encourage you to seek professional help.

Once you acknowledge that you have depression, do not forget that it is a disease and can be cured. Talk to someone. Search and accepting help and you will see that it is seeing a different kind of life.
